Medium Batteries are a set of Medium Voltage batteries added and used by GregTech 5. They can be placed in the battery slot in any standard Medium Voltage GregTech machine, in which case they will be depleted before the machine's internal EU storage. They can also be placed in Battery Buffers as a means of Medium-scale energy storage.
Medium Batteries come in two types and five variations.
Mercury and Acid Batteries are Single-Use Batteries. They are crafted fully charged but cannot be re-charged. Once their stored energy is depleted, they can be placed in an Extractor to be converted back into Medium Battery Hulls.
Sodium, Cadmium, and Lithium Batteries are Rechargeable Batteries. They are crafted with 0 stored energy, but can be charged in any GregTech machine. If unneeded, they can be placed in an Extractor and converted back into Medium Battery Hulls, but their contents are lost.
