The Mask of Fear is a helmet added by Mowzie's Mobs. It is sometimes dropped by Barakoas wearing it on death.
When worn, it grants the wearer Speed I and prevents Barakoas, Barakoanas and Barako, the Sun Chief from attacking the player on sight. Barakoas from Barakoa Villages and Barako, the Sun Chief will also offer to trade with the player.
