The Mandrake is a creature added by Witchery. Mandrakes are summoned by planting, growing, and harvesting Mandrake Seeds, which can be found be smashing tall grass. When harvested, a Mandrake will spawn and begin running around. Mandrakes will not damage players, but will screech when running, which will inflict the Nausea II status effect on players. Harvesting a Mandrake plant at night will give a lower chance of a Mandrake spawning, and drop a Mandrake Root. Mandrakes have 20 () health points. When slain, they will yield Mandrake Roots and Seeds.
