The Mana Spreader is used to transport Mana in Botania. The direction of the Mana beam can be manipulated by shift-right clicking on it with the Wand of the Forest. By holding the Wand of the Forest one can see the Mana beams produced by Mana Spreaders. Also, by right-clicking with the Wand of the Forest you can check how much Mana is in a Mana Spreader and what it is pointed at. Mana Spreaders fire Mana in bursts rather than constantly you can see these regardless of whether or not you are holding the Wand of the Forest these bursts start to suffer Mana loss after a small period of time.
