The ME Level Emitter is a tile entity added by Applied Energistics 2. It is used to either indicate the level of a specified item or the ME Network energy level. A threshold can be set and if met the ME Level Emitter will emit a Redstone signal or turn it off otherwise.
It requires a channel to function; if its power or channel is lost the Emitter will switch to an off state.
These can tap into the crafting system when a crafting card is installed, allowing players to output Redstone signals while an item is being crafted, or even configure the system to output a Redstone signal to perform a crafting task. It is important to note that Interface Patterns cannot interact with crafting induced by a Level Emitter.
