The Location Card is an item from Enhanced Portals 3. This item is used to initialize a Portal Controller, allowing the portal to be configured and used. When placed in the slot of a charged Dimensional Bridge Stabilizer, its location will be set to that structure. It can then be used on a Portal Controller block to initialize the portal, if it is a valid structure. The Location Card will always be deleted on use, regardless of whether the initialization worked or not.
