Living Chestplate

The Living Chestplate is an armor added by Blood Magic, for Minecraft 1.8.9 and above. It is used in conjunction with Living Helmet, Living Leggings and Living Boots. Equipping with a full set grants the upgrades gained on the Chestplate. To craft, start with placing Arcane Ashes on a solid block. Proceed by placing a Binding Reagent on the ashes. Then place a Iron Chestplate on top and wait for the binding to finish. The chestplate begins with 100 available upgrade points.

Rituals

Activating a Sound of the Cleansing Soul ritual and standing on top of the Master Ritual Stone will strip all upgrades from the chestplate and drop scrolls of each ability retaining it's specific level. Scrolls can be used in hand to place the respective ability onto the currently worn Living Chestplate. Two scrolls of the same ability and level can be combined in an anvil.

Activating a Ritual of Living Evolution and standing on top of the Master Ritual Stone will increase available upgrade points from 100 to 300.

Upgrades

Upgrades are gained by performing actions that usually correspond with the appropriate skill. Note: Some upgrade points are above what can be acquired without cheating.


Quick Feet increases player movement speed and bonus health is listed in 1/2 hearts. There are additional bonuses to sprinting at higher levels not listed below. Trained by movement.

Dwarven Might increases mining speed while mining consecutive identical blocks. Table does not show increase of how quickly it kicks in. Trained by digging.

True Shot provides additional arrows while shooting with a Bow. These arrows are always standard arrows and cannot be picked up. Does not use additional ammunition. The main arrow will land as expected, and additional arrows will spray randomly. Trained by using bows.

Grim Reaper's Sprint provides rebirth on death. Displays "message" and heals completely when faced by death if not on delay. Trained by dying.
