The Limiter Track is a special type of minecart track added by the Railcraft mod. This track is used to control the speed that a Steam Locomotive or Electric Locomotive can move. It only works when it is given a redstone signal, and can limit a locomotive's speed at 4 different speeds. This can be changed by using a Crowbar on the block.
