JuiceWares is a mod originally by JuiceGrape, but was eventually abandoned due to JuiceGrape's lack of time available for the modded Minecraft community. It's a utility mod which is focused on usage in technical modpacks, and is highly configurable through the configs. It has a bunch of small features, and it even comes with its own little enchanting system, Primal Enchanting.

If enabled in the JuiceWares configuration file, Gunpowder will cause a small explosion when it collides with a fire.
It also adds a variety of new crafting recipes for otherwise uncraftable items in vanilla Minecraft.
