Minecraft: Java Edition (formerly just Minecraft) is the original version of Minecraft, developed by Mojang Studios for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Trivia

• Most content on FTB Wiki is only available on Java Edition.
• The subtitle "Java Edition" was added on Minecraft 1.12.2 due to the release of Bedrock Edition, and the latter now being officially called just "Minecraft".
