|Item Transportation Module|
|Mod||Enhanced Portals 3|
|Tooltip text||Portal Frame Part|
The Item Transportation Module is a component in the construction of portals within Enhanced Portals 3. This block will allow the transportation of items directly between two portals. Although items can be directly thrown through portals, this allows for automation and less lag caused by transporting many entities across dimensions or chunks.
When attached to an item transportation device, such as a hopper, it will either pull items from it and send them to the other portal, or input items into it from the other portal. This is configurable with the GUI, by setting its mode to either "Receiving" or "Sending" accordingly.
Items can be sent directly, as well, by placing them in the GUI's slot, however using devices such as hoppers is recommended.
Sending an item without ever receiving it will cause the item to disappear until it can be received.
