The Item Filter is an Item added by Extra Utilities. It is used on Transfer Nodes (Items) and Transfer Pipes to permit certain items through a Transfer Node (Items).

The Item Filter is also used to craft the Advanced Item Filter.
Usage[]
Item Filter's GUI. It is able to hold 9 items to filter.
Right-click while holding the Item Filter to bring up its GUI; items and other Filters with their whitelists can be placed into the current Filter's whitelist. When configuration is finished place it into a Transfer Node (Items) to filter whitelists items through it or in a Trash Can to delete whitelisted items.
If an Item Filter is Inverted it will blacklist the items in its criteria and prevent them from passing through.
If an Item Filter is Fuzzy - Ignore NBT then it will ignore the NBT data of items. For example, if the item in the filter and the item to be filtered through are identical save for different NBT data values the item will be allowed through.
If an Item Filter is Fuzzy - Ignore Metadata then it will ignore the metadata of items. For example, if the item in the filter and the item to be filtered through are identical save for different metadata values the item will be allowed through.
