The Item Filter is an item added by Actually Additions. It can be used in the Advanced Item Laser Relay, the ESD and the Ranged Collector to allow for more items in their whitelists. Putting the Item Filter into one of these machines will consume it and add the items in it to their whitelist. Right-clicking with the Item Filter in hand will open it, where items can be added to it.
