The Item Allocator is a device added by Thermal Expansion 5. It can be used as a small buffer to store items, having 9 slots of item. Item transfer rate, redstone control and input/output side of the block can be configured inside its GUI. ⇧ Shift+Right Click on the block with an empty hand open another GUI in which the player can filter which item can be inputted into the Item Allocator.
