Iron Chests è una mod creata da cpw e da progwmI6 che espande l'inventario delle classiche Chest di Minecraft. Cassa più grandi possono essere craftate con nuove ricette, oppure casse esistenti posso ricevere degli upgrades. Anche se le chest aggiunte da questa mod non hanno la versione doppia chest, possono però esserere piazzate le une accanto alle altre. Quando si è fatto un upgrade, non possono subire un downgrade (cioè in una chest di livello inferiore od in una tradizionale vanilla Chest).

The Shulker Boxes added by Iron Chests were moved to a different mod, Iron Shulker Boxes. They are still present in older versions of the mod, however.
