The Iridium Drill is a tool added by IndustrialCraft 2, as an upgrade to the Diamond Drill. It has two modes: Silk Touch and Fortune. In Silk Touch mode, the drill is enchanted with Silk Touch I, and can therefor break a block and get the block instead of the drop. In Fortune mode, the drill is enchanted with Fortune III, and therefor can get 1-3 times extra drops from a block such as Diamond Ore. The Iridium Drill's mode can be changed with clicking M + Right-Mouse, or whatever value "Mode Switch Key" is in controls + Right-Mouse.
