The Buffer Gate is a redstone gate added by Charset. It is currently uncraftable. If the input is not activated, all of the outputs will activate.
The gate's inputs can be specified via right-click. Before version "0.3.0-pre6", the Screwdriver was used. Additionally, Redstone Torchs can be placed onto an input to force it on.
