Impact is an enchantment added by Guns Without Roses. It can be applied to any gun from the mod, up to level V.
When applied, it increases the damage of projectiles fired by the gun by 0.5 * (level + 1). This bonus is applied before the native damage multiplier of some guns, and the amount of bonus damage shown in the gun's tooltip will reflect that.
