The Imbuer is an item added by Roots 2. It is used to add a Spell to a Staff. Place the Imbuer on a surface and add the appropriate Petal Dust by right clicking. Add the Staff by right clicking. A transformation will take place and when complete, the Staff will fly off the Imbuer for collection.
