The Ice Unit is an item added by Cooking for Blockheads. It is an upgrade to the Fridge.
The upgrade can be applied to a Fridge by right-clicking it with the upgrade in hand. If the Fridge is part of a kitchen multiblock, any Cooking Table within the kitchen will be able to use Snowball and Ice in its recipes without needing the player to have any in their inventory or the kitchen's inventory.
