The Greatwood Sapling is a transparent block added by Thaumcraft 6. It can be acquired from breaking Greatwood Leaves.
In order to grow a Greatwood Tree 4 saplings must be placed in a 2x2 square, the trunk will then occupy this 2x2 square.
