The Ghast Queen Shrine is a landmark added by NetherEx . It generates naturally in the the Fungi Forest biome in the Nether. It has a Ghast spawner on top and is the only way to obtain the Urn of Sorrow which is used to spawn the Ghast Queen boss. It also contains four loot Chests .
