The Frosty Generator is a block added by Extra Utilities 2. It consumes various types of Ice and Snow to produce Redstone Flux. The burn rate and power output vary depending on the item:

As with all generators from Extra Utilities 2, it will burn items faster when given Speed Upgrades. The Generator will produce Snow around itself while it is running.
