Shield Parry is a mod by Drullkus. It allows Shields (including most modded ones) to fully reflect projectiles such as Arrows or Ghast's fireballs at no durability cost provided the Shield has been raised for less than 2 seconds. It also adds a single enchantment, Rebound.

Rebound is an enchantment added by Shield Parry. It can be applied to any Shield up to level V.
It increases the time window after raising the Shield that projectiles can be reflected by 25% per level.
