The Filch Lizard is a passive mob added by Primitive Mobs. It spawns in daylight in sandy biomes, such as Deserts.
It wanders around, approaching players that carry precious materials and stealing it from their inventory. Filch Lizards that hold an item stand on their hind legs and will actively flee players. When hit, they will drop whatever they're holding and run away. They also have a 25% chance of spawning already holding a precious material.
