The Festive Creeper is a hostile monster added by Primitive Mobs. It spawns in dark areas in the Overworld and is immune to fire.
It attacks nearby players by throwing small TNTs at them and backing away when approached, occasionally leaving fires when doing so. Those TNTs only have the explosive strength of a Ghast's fireball. Just like a Creeper, it can also get charged by getting struck by lightning, increasing the strength of the TNT explosions to those of a Creeper's.
When killed, it drops 1-2 Gunpowder, has a chance of dropping 1 TNT and has a rare chance of dropping a red Mystery Egg.
