Fertile Farmland is a block added by Better With Mods. It works as an advanced and more effective version of regular Farmland, accelerating plant growth. It is created by right clicking on Farmland with Fertilizer or Bone Meal. Hemp has an extra growth buff when planted on Fertile Farmland that can be configured in the following section of the mods config file:
