Order

I think Eladkey messed up the order :p somebody fix it please, I can't do it on mobile -Xbony2 (talk) 01:53, 16 June 2017 (UTC) -Xbony2 (talk) 01:53, 16 June 2017 (UTC)

Looks fine for me. What is messed up? -- SatanicSantaπŸŽ…FTB Wiki Admin 01:59, 16 June 2017 (UTC)
It's suppose to go in sign-up order. Sorry for double date btw. -Xbony2 (talk) 10:40, 16 June 2017 (UTC)
I told him that after :P. IndestructiblePharaohVII 11:04, 16 June 2017 (UTC)
Hi, I just checked the edit history and Eladkey is before me therefore is alright in the order :) Frenchiveruti (talk) 02:51, 17 June 2017 (UTC)

Voting

So, the editathon's over. I wrote about the outcome here. Obviously, it's missing something significant: the winner. Of course, the real winner is the wiki and the community by extension who... who I am kidding, ya'll want to see who gets the gift card :^)

As per the rules (which I encourage you to reread)...

If you're going to opt out, please do so ASAP (if you don't care about getting a gift card I encourage you to so you can make people's lives easier).

The voting ends on June 27th, 11:59 PM EST (4:59 AM or 16:59 UTC). When I wake up (hopefully) on the 28th, I'll announce the winner, update the outcome, and try to contact the winner via talk page or IRC or whatever (if you're not on #FTB-Wikiconnect I encourage you to go there).

Voting is done on this page here! For simplicities' sake, please structure your vote like the following:

* {{Support|{{U|Xbony2}}}}, for his hard work documenting [[GregTech 4]]. ~~~~

Place this after this comment/the other votes. You don't have to provide a reason why you voted for who you voted for, but I highly encourage you to.

Remember that you can't vote for yourself, and you can't win anything if you don't vote. Additionally, please vote for the participant with "the most contributions of both quality and quantity"! This might not necessarily be the person with the most edits or most pages made, and this might not necessarily be your best buddy. I highly encourage you to go through your fellow editathoners' contributions to see what they did. I'll try to make a little writeup on what everybody did but do look through your options.

Vote away! -Xbony2 (talk) 04:01, 25 June 2017 (UTC)

One thing though, how can someone know what you have done in the editathon, I think someone should get the statistics. -IndestructiblePharaohVII 08:26, 25 June 2017 (UTC)
One thing though, what about the huge edits that are counted as a normal edit? so if someone edited for 5K Bytes it counts the same as when someone who changed a couple of letters... :/ -IndestructiblePharaohVII 08:31, 25 June 2017 (UTC)
A suggestion would be to take the average number of bytes per edit excluding edits where the user removes content. It'd still have quite a few flaws, but it gives people an idea of how much content a user has added. There may be a bot that can do this...? --SirMoogle (talk) 14:10, 25 June 2017 (UTC)
I'd like the table to have more columns to indicate the number of new pages, number of translations, and number of edits (not new pages or translations). Average diff can be deceiving because if someone completely rewrites a page but it ends up being the same size, you can't really tell from the diff. πŸ‡Retep998πŸ‡πŸ°Bunny Overlord🐰 14:16, 25 June 2017 (UTC)
Focusing purely on numbers undermines quality. I encourage you all to actually look at what people did rather than the number of pages/translations/edits made. Perhaps a list of what pages everyone made would be more useful. -Xbony2 (talk) 15:01, 25 June 2017 (UTC)

  • Pictogram voting supportSirMoogle, for his work documenting Thaumcraft 4 and its addons, particularly Thaumic Bases, as well as some maintenance-related stuff. I would argue ImmortalPharaoh7 for second, but I think that SirMoogle topped him. Sorry bro that I didn't vote for you. -Xbony2 (talk) 15:28, 25 June 2017 (UTC)
