The Evaporator is a machine added by Salty Mod. It can evaporate Water into Pinches of Salt or Milk into Powdered Milk using Furnace fuel.
It automatically collects any fluid placed directly on top of it. If a solid block is placed on top of it while it is processing, pressure will build up until it explodes.
