The Ethereal Glass is a block from Extra Utilities. It is a special glass block that will allow players to pass through it, as if it was not there, whereas mobs treat it as a solid block. A player can sneak, and the glass will act as solid for them. The blocks are a little bit tricky to break due to them being noclip to players, sneaking helps with this.
