Dullthorns are a block added by Infernal Expansion. They spawn in the Glowstone Canyon; when walked through, they deal 1 () damage every second, slow the player's walking speed, and give the Luminance effect for 10 seconds. They can be harvested with Shears, and can be crafted into Dullthorns Block.
