The Drill is an item added by Actually Additions. It is used to breaks blocks at the cost of 100 Crystal Flux (CF) per block. It can be charged in an Energizer or other CF charging device.
The Drill can be dyed. It also has various upgrades that can be installed by shift right-clicking it. It has 5 slots for upgrades. In order to use higher level upgrades, all lower tier upgrades of the same type must also be installed.
Although the CF storage for the Drill cannot be extended normally, placing a battery or batteries (like the Single Battery) in the upgrade slots will allow the Drill to pull energy from that battery.
