The Devils Tongue Charm is an upgraded version of the Polynesia Charm. This variation is able to trade with Demons, as well as normal creatures. Holding this charm will also make it less likely for the Demon to attack. Note that this only works when it is the currently held item. Typically, a Demon will trade enchanted books, Demon Hearts, and Tongue of Dogs. There is currently a bug where when in the trading screen the charm will not appear to be damaged.

Note that without CoFH Core installed, the only way to obtain a Skeleton Skull is by using an Arthana.
