The Decoding Randomizer is a redstone circuit added by Project Red since version 4.5.11. It transmits redstone pulses on randomly selected and exchanged of the three (or two) outputs, if a redstone signal receives the input (see Usage).
If the mod MineChem is installed, then you can decompose the Decoding Randomizer with the Chemical Decomposer into specific chemical compounds of MineChem.

Usage[]
The Decoding Randomizer has one input and three output sides for red alloy cables, redstone, an adjacent circuit, machine, lamp or anything that can be controlled with redstone signals.
If a redstone signal receives the gate on the input, then redstone pulses are emitted on randomly selected and exchanged output sides.
Using the screwdriver from Project Red the orientation of the gate can be changed freely in all four directions. If additional holding the crouch-key the Decoding Randomizer can be switched between his two modes with two or three outputs (shown in the picture).
