The Darkwood Kama is a tool from the Natura mod. It is crafted with Darkwood planks and Darkwood Sticks, which can be obtained from the Dark Tree, only found growing in the Nether.
This tool is similar in functionality to Shears. When you break leaf blocks, and other plant blocks, they will drop themselves. It has a durability of 132 points.
If used as a weapon, the Darkwood Kama will deal 5 points (2.5 hearts) of damage, and block like a Stone-tier sword
