The Dark Matter Helmet is a helmet added by ProjectE.
In addition to providing physical protection similar to the Diamond Helmet, it reduces damage taken by 80%. Dark Matter Armor has no durability thus cannot be damage while being worn. The Dark Matter Helmet is also used in the crafting of the Red Matter Helmet.
Note: The claimed 80% damage reduction is taken from the Equivalent Exchange 2 documentation. It's unverified if ProjectE provides the same feature.
