The Dark Matter Boots are boots added by ProjectE.
In addition to providing physical protection similar to the Diamond Boots, they reduce damage taken by 80%. Dark Matter Armor has no durability thus cannot be damage while being worn. The Dark Matter Boots are also used in the crafting of the Red Matter Boots.
Note: The claimed 80% damage reduction is taken from the Equivalent Exchange 2 documentation. It's unverified if ProjectE provides the same feature.
