The Crystal Binder is the tool added by Draconic Evolution. It is used when linking Transceivers like the Energy Transceiver. It has 4 modes: Bind, which binds 2 transceivers and link them together. Un-bind, which does the exact opposite. Un-bind all, which will unbind all connections to the right-clicked transceiver and Mode change, which will change the mode of an Energy Transceiver or an Advanced Energy Transceiver from output to input or vice versa.
