The Creative Spikes is a block added by Extra Utilities 2. It instantly kills mobs and players that touch any side of it other than the bottom.
Mobs will not avoid it and will walk over it as if it were a regular solid block. Explosions cannot destroy it. Mobs killed by the Creative Spikes yield experience as if killed by the player. When the entity is killed it drops loot and displays particles.

The Creative Spike has no recipe and is only available in Creative Mode or via the /give command.
