The Creative Gas Tank is a gas storage container added by Mekanism. It is only available in creative mode or console commands. It stores an infinite amount of any type of gas (e.g., Hydrogen and Oxygen).
To extract gas, the tank can be placed in the GUI of specific machines, like the Purification Chamber. The Tank can be connected in a gas grid via Basic Pressurized Pipes.
