The Counter is a Redstone logic machine added by RFTools. It is a logical divider, counting the number of redstone pulses received and emitting a redstone signal when a predefined threshold is reached, then resetting on the next pulse.
The Counter's interface consists of a counter field where the player can set the threshold, and a display of the current count.
