Corrugated Walls are a primarily decorative metal block added by QwerTech. They are most efficiently made by putting a Double Plate through a Roll Former. They have a limited amount of blast resistance, with TungstenSteel being Creeper-proof and all but Brass and Vinyl being Ghast-proof.
