This seal commands golems to break any blocks they find in the area.
The hardness of a block does determine how quickly it can be broken.
You can filter what type of blocks are to be broken (or ignored).
It should be noted that due to factors like golem mobility, limited area and speed this seal probably will not make a very effective mining tool, though it could be used as such in a pinch.
