ChargePads is an addon for IndustrialCraft 2 created by Myrathi. It provides new blocks which, when stood upon, will recharge IndustrialCraft 2 items that are held in the player's hand, like a Mining Drill, or worn, like a BatPack.
The Charge Pads were introduced into IC2 after the Chargepads addon was not updated for Minecraft 1.7.2+.
