The Chandelier is a block added by Extra Utilities. When placed, it emits light and prevents mobs from spawning in a 16 block radius. It does not prevent spawning from Vanilla or Soul Shards 1 spawners. It is similar to the Magnum Torch, but it can only be placed on the bottom of blocks.
