Call Storm is a Blood Power ability from Witchery. It can be given to a level 10 vampire by using a Water Artichoke Globe on a filled Blood Crucible. When enabled, it will start a rainstorm in the player's current world. Like the other Blood Power abilities, 5 charges are given per item.
