The Brew of Crimson Shade is a unique Botania potion that gives the Bloodthirst effect to the player who drinks the brew.
If in effect, it allows hostile monsters to spawn within a 64 block radius of the entity, regardless of light level or other spawning conditions. The vial variant of the brew carries 4 doses, and 6 for the flask variant. The effects of the brew lasts six minutes for the potions. When brewed as an Incense Stick, the effect lasts 6 hours when it is burned on an Incense Plate.
