The Bone Fracture status effect was added with the Official XNDUIW Mod and can be applied through certain enchantments.
This effect will prevent the player from blocking with any item without taking damage, requiring a Limb splint to remove the effect. Surgical tools may be required. This effect is permanent unless the player addresses the injury by treating it immediately.
