The Block Placer is a block added by Cyclic. It can be placed facing any of the 6 directions and has an internal storage of 9 blocks.
When provided with a redstone pulse, it will place the left most block in its inventory in front of it. This behavior can be changed to always place a block whenever possible in the Block Placer's GUI. Items in its inventory will slowly slide to the left most slots.
