The Blistering Cold is a Spell added by Roots. It is created with the base ingredient, a White Tulip, a Snowball and a Birch Sapling. When cast, it will launch frost shards that cause 3 damage points to mobs.
The white tulip contains magical essences of cold and ice. Using the above recipe, you can free this cold power, creating a spell that will launch a large number of frost shards forth in the direction the caster is looking.
